I am right now reeling from her most recent ludicrous statement! First of all this morning..over Iams Hairball reducer..I asked her what she had planned for the day. She said "work". I asked her with your bathing suite on UNDERNEATH? Patiently she explained that she was showing houses on the water and it "would look better if she had a suit on". How is that? Well she said it portrays a FEELING of beach. Really? She then said the traffic was so bad she might just stay at the beach until the traffic "thinned out" as this was ....saving gas. Quite the enviromentalist she is. Anyway..it gets worst. She flounces in at the end of the day...chatting on the cell...trying to make deals, takes a shower and then says she is off. To where I ask? Giving me that look.....she says to Marshalls.......Mega Store. For WHAT? To kill time while her hair is drying. Apparently her hair dries better if she can poke around Marshalls mega store than cleaning the house or writing letters or emailing or writing my Christmas gift list! Quite frankly when she returned all giddy....(with 2 shirts that she bought for $7 each on clearance...that would have retailed for $300 a piece).....Pleeeeeease. There are NO shirts that retail for $300 a piece in Rhode Island. She said no really....read the tag...so I did. She said see...look above the sticker "Compare at $300". Peering intently I looked again and politely pointed out.....It says "Compare at $30" NOT $300!!! Refraining from my HHTT look....I said perhaps she should march right back there and buy some glasses.
